Room reservation information:

The meeting will be at The Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS (10401 Cabela Drive, Kansas City, KS 66111; Phone: 913-299-7001)

We have rooms reserved at Great Wolf Lodge for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (6/8 to 6/10)

Rooms are $96 + tax per night. The cutoff date for room reservation is 5/7/2017. If you go online to make reservations, be certain to enter the Reservation Code (1706ASSO).

Reservations

To make your reservations, each individual can call the toll-free Central Reservations Department at 1-866-944-9653 and identify yourself as members of the group with the reservation #1706ASSO. A first night’s deposit will be required. These reservations must be made by 05-07-2017! You have up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date to cancel the individual room with a $40 cancellation fee per room. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the first night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card.

All room and tax shall be paid by the individual, but guaranteed by Group. If (1) an individual fails to pay or contests payment to Hotel, or (2) if any rooms are cancelled or not checked in, as specified above, Group shall pay by Master Account or as specified below in Section Four.

Shuttle Service

If you need a shuttle to and from the airport on Thursday or Saturday (shuttles will only run these days), please contact Kendra Schultz at Great Wolf Lodge using her e-mail: KSchultz@greatwolf.com. This is not a service usually provided by Great Wolf Lodge and we are extremely grateful for their assistance in providing this service to our members during this meeting.

Tour of Remel: (Thursday June 8th, 2017)

Remel is located about 20-25 minutes from the Great Wolf Lodge. There will be no registration fees for this event. Those interested in this event need to fill out the Site tour Form (e-mailed with the registration form and online) and e-mail it to Erica.Knox@thermofisher.com by May 1. Those who miss the registration deadline or are not interested can enjoy time exploring the Legends shopping area. There is a Harley Davidson plant in Kansas City that you could tour on your own. Details found online.

Kansas City BBQ Dinner at Great Wolf Lodge: (Thursday June 8th, 2017)

For $35.00 / person: Pre-registration is required for the meal and must be paid for by May 27, 2017.

Buffet includes:
